As part of a CorFun install, we always set up as many administrator accounts as requested. Many things for Joomla such as publishing photos, submitting articles, posting comments, etc. can be done by logging in to the frontend (public facing) area of the site. Only high-level admins should ever actually log in to the administrator area.
