Technical Details: This is a Joomla 1.5.7 site with all the basic Joomla capabilities plus:

• eNewsletter - The website will now become the primary tool of communicating with members.
• Podcasts - The site comes pre-loaded with the ability to store, play, and even distribute mp3 and other media files.
• Multi-media Files - The site can display video files, which is great since Pastor Scott plans to put videos of worship services onto the site.
• Article Publication - The site lets the church keep the public appraised of its activities and also lets Pastor Scott publish his sermons.
• Event Listing - An events calendar is installed to keep everyone notified of upcoming events.
• Photo Gallery - Church members love online photo galleries. This site has a version of JoomGallery, which is so simple that anyone can learn to have online photos.
• Future Growth Built in - Pastor Scott and his ministry team have big plans for their site in the future. That was a big reason to choose the Joomla CMS, which provides a framework for building new capabilities as they are needed!
